I didn't realize the variations in Refractive Index until I tried to associate the values with constants. Most values are close enough but not 1.0000034 in the 2nd Fresnel sphere. I've seen some reference to Air being 1.00034 but found nothing for 1.0000034. What material is it the Refractive Index for?

It's air. I may have mistakenly added some extra zeros. Edit: the actual index for air depends on a lot of variables. For example, this list of refractive indices gives air as both 1.000273 and 1.000293. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_refractive_indices
